All of our packages are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery.
Our shipping charges are now tiered according to the total value of your order.

If I order, how long will it take for you to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 5 working days of receiving them.

How long will it take my order to get to me once it is dispatched?

UK Delivery
Once it is dispatched you should allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
We usually find the First Class service to be very quick to arrive but it can take up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver.
If your parcel has not been delivered after 5 working days please contact us, quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look in to it straight away for you.

European Delivery
This delivery service usually takes 4-5 working days for your parcel to be delivered.
If your parcel has not been delivered after 10 working days, please contact us and we will look into it.

Worldwide Delivery
This delivery service usually takes 5-7 working days for your parcel to be delivered.
If your parcel has not been delivered after 14 working days, please contact us and we will look into it.

Am I responsible for customs charges?

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country and so Piston Apparel has no way of knowing what particular customs and import charges may be in force at any time in any country.

Providing the correct address

It is up to you to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address when ordering, your package may be returned to us by Royal Mail in which case we will let you know straight away. You will then be charged for resending the item(s). If you enter the wrong address and your order doesn’t arrive either with yourself or with us, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact us immediately.
